Yvonne Ruiz

Yvonne Ruiz assists clients in oil and gas transactional matters, including rendering acquisition, original drilling, supplemental, and division order title opinions, and advising clients on a variety of curative title matters. Prior to and while attending law school, Yvonne worked in the legal review and approval of mortgage transactions for several years to include conducting title review, focusing on document preparation and compliance with federal and state regulations.
