Brent Bauer

Brent Bauer represents clients in energy, real property, and commercial litigation matters across Texas.  He attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of St. Mary’s Law Journal and graduated in the top 5% of his class.  During law school, Brent interned for Judge Xavier Rodriguez at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Chief Justice Rebecca Martinez at the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals, and Associate Justice Jerry Zimmerer at the Texas Fourteenth Court of Appeals.  Prior to joining Santoyo Wehmeyer P.C., Brent was a briefing attorney for Presiding Judge Sharon Keller at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and a judicial clerk for Magistrate Judge John Love at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
